How to Get to Grizedale Tarn
Starting at Bogle Crag car park, just past the Grizedale Visitor Centre, a slate path lined with pine trees and foxgloves leads you through stunning Grizedale Forest. The path is mostly level and easy, with only a few grassy, rocky patches near the tarn.

Once at the tarn, a wooden platform offers a perfect spot to take in its full beauty. Surrounded by forest, this peaceful water is home to water boatmen, dancing dragonflies, and a variety of woodland birds.
